How to ask an Insurance, Compliance, Safety, Legal, or Regulatory Questions with Ask Anything ▶️

Step 1: Login to Waypoint and click "Ask Anything" from the main menu. 

Step 2: If this is your first time using Ask Anything, click "Get Started" then "New question" and choose the type of question you'd like to ask. 

Step 3: Provide as much or little details as you'd like, including any supporting documents you may have, and click "Submit." You will be able to see the new ticket waiting for review.

Step 4: You’ll receive a response from an experienced Team member at Navigator who is dedicated to working on exclusively trucking issues. You should get a response within 24-48 hours during business hours within Waypoint and your email.
