How do I send a certificate to a holder? ▶️

Certificates are automatically generated and kept up-to-date based on accurate policy information from Navigator. The moment that your policy is bound, a certificate becomes available for you within Waypoint. 

Step 1: Login to Waypoint.
Step 2: Click "Certificates" from the main menu. 
Step 3: Click on the active certificate you'd like to send. 
Step 4: Choose a certificate holder from the list.
Step 5: Click "Send". 

Checkout these other helpful tips for sending certificates within Waypoint. 

• Preview the certificate by clicking "Preview". 
• Search through existing certificate holders by typing here. 
• Add a new holder that's not already listed.
