How do I pay my insurance invoice online? ▶️

The payment method for your insurance policy is listed on the "Policies" tab in Waypoint. Your insurance will either be billed directly by the insurance company or by Navigator Truck Insurance Agency. 

• If your policy is billed by the insurance company directly, this is called Direct Billed. 
• If your policy is billed by Navigator, this is called Agency Billed. 

Direct Billed

If you have a "Direct billed" policy, click the "Billing" icon and view the specific billing information for your insurance company. 

Agency Billed

If you have an "Agency billed" policy, click "Billing". On this page you can update your payment methods on file and pay an invoice.

If you do not have a billing method setup, you'll need to add a payment method.
